Nicolai J. Foss (born 1964) is a Danish organizational theorist, and Professor ("Ordinario") of Organization Theory and Human Resource Management at Bocconi University. He was professor at Copenhagen Business School until 2016. He is best known for his "knowledge-based approaches to the theory of the firm."
