Holly Sklar (born 1955) is an author and syndicated columnist, policy analyst and strategist whose articles have appeared in hundreds of newspapers and online outlets as well as The Nation, and other publications. She is the co-author of Raise the Floor: Wages and Policies that Work for All of Us (2001).
